Our flight back to NY was cancelled, so we went directly to the Hyatt…the staff couldn’t be more accomodating…the room was really nice and they gave us a great rate and a 25% discount on food. Truly excellent customer service. more

My family and I booked this hotel for one night because we were going to see the space shuttle lift off the next day. We enjoyed the pool, fitness center and had a great room. The staff was very courteous and professional. Hotwire had a great deal for this room at the last minute. Would definitely stay at this hotel…

We read the reviews on this site and booked it… it was not fantastic. It worked but I’m glad we only booked 2 nights. The location was ok. The reception neutral. The room was not very nice and the airconditioning was very loud. The pool was actually very clean. more

We’ve stayed here 3 times and it has never disappointed. Fantastic location (presuming one doesn’t need to be right next to WDWorld) as it is convenient to highways, Universal, Intl Drive, Convention Center(s) and not THAT far away from Disney. .
